ARENA/BARNS RATES AND RULES
As of December 2008
1. POSITIVELY NO SMOKING in the riding arena, the coffee room or the barns or any other building at any time.
2. ALL FEES are due at the beginning of each month or season. If you can not get to the office, either mail the fees to Estevan Exhibition Association, Box 100, Estevan, SK. S4A 2A2, or call the office to make other arrangements.
3. To use the exhibition facilities you must first be a current, paid member of the exhibition association and secondly have paid your fees for riding or stalling. If you would like to pay a daily rate, arrangements must be made in advance with the office.
4. No washing horses in the riding arena or in front of the arena. Please use designated wash racks only.
5. All users must clean up their horse manure and garbage. You must also put away all jumps, barrels, poles, pylons, etc. before you leave.
6. If your horse paws a hole in the arena or anywhere fill it.
7. No feeding in the indoor arena or the rodeo arena.
8. When leaving at night be sure that all lights are shut off and the doors are locked.
9. DO NOT park in the fire lanes or in front of the any doors (including large door of riding arena) at any time.
10. NO riding horses by the office, exhibition hall or the concession booths.
11. ABSOLUTELY no mucking of stalls with the tractor.
12. The tractor may be used ONLY to harrow the arena.
13. Maintenance of the tractor may only be done by authorized personnel. If you notice the tractor is in need of repairs, please call the office.
14. Fuel and Oil levels on the tractor should be checked before each use.
15. Stalls in the barn are on a first come, first serve basis.
16. All manure must be placed in the dumpster do not leave manure on the ground.
17. ALL USERS must help with general usage and maintenance of the arena and barns.
18. Bales must be kept on the south and east side of the south road.
REMEMBER:
HORSES AND PROPERTY ARE LEFT ON THE PREMISES AT YOUR OWN RISK!
PLEASE RESPECT EXHBITION ASSOCIATION PROPERTY AND OTHER USERS!
FEES
1. Memberships Single membership is $20.00 + GST
- Family memberships are $50.00 + GST A family membership includes 2 parents and any children under the age of 18.
2. Stall Fees - $75.00 + GST per month per stall
- $10.00 + GST per night
3. Arena Fees
- $10.00 + GST per person per day arrangements must be made in advance
- $60.00 + GST per person per month
- $100.00 + GST per person for Summer season the Summer season runs April 1 to October 31
- $200.00 + GST per person for Winter Season the Winter season runs November 1 to March 31
- $600.00 + GST per family for the year. A family is 2 parents and any children under the age of 18.
- $400.00 + GST per family for the Winter season
- $200.00 + GST per family for the Summer Season
- this Arena Fee pertains to any arena on our grounds if you ride on our grounds, you must pay.
4. User Groups the fee is $300 + GST per user group.
This fee is only in effect for the Summer Season. This fee allows a group to meet once a week on a preset evening (that is consistent throughout the season) as well as once a month.
Each member of this user group must be a member of the exhibition association before they can ride with this user group.
If you are a member of a user group this means you can ride ONLY when this user group rides on its preset evening.
If you choose to ride outside of that time, then regular riding fees apply. This user group fee applies only to that group.
If that group does not use its one day a month on the weekend, they lose that day for the month, and it is NOT transferable to other events.
